Came broken lc damage keys are sticky im not even offered a refund

Super disappointed. I ordered this space gray laptop but received a midnight one instead with a decent size scratch. Had to return it. Ordered another silver one and got a used laptop with defective DELETE key which is clicking with a strange sound. Best Buy really?

It was a good laptop though it was pretty dirty when it came.

Absolute joke of a service. "Certified Refurbished" means they buy it from a customer looking to trade in, they stuff it in a box, and then send it to you. The system had a completely dead display out of the box on top of being scratched and greasy, the Geek Squad employee at my local Best Buy just shrugged and said "yeah which ever store it originated from they just put it in a box. I don't have tools to open it and take a look so just return it".

Horrible only last 6 months. Woke up one day and the screen was cracked

Computer works well, but does not include magsafe cable as the description says, and customer support refuses to send one. I think it's dishonest of best buy to not keep their promises.

Not the condition I expected for the price, it had scratches and looked used. I returned the computer without even turning it on. Very disappointed with the cosmetic condition of the laptop.

Do not purchase. This laptop was advertised as being in excellent condition but is far from it. It arrived heavily scratched up. My other 5 year old, heavily used MacBook isn’t even this beat up. Returned immediately. You’re better off waiting for the next sale and buying it new.

No scratches or dents. Started super quick, at first I noticed some spots, but it was just handprints.

excellent option, if you are looking for a powerful macbook, in excellent condition and you are on a budget this is a great option.

It is in great condition. If the listing had not mentioned it, I would not have known it was refurbished. It was a great purchase for the money and sale on it. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

Excellent laptop at discounted price. This refurbished machine was as good as new. The only difference was that it came in a generic box rather than the slick apple packaging.

No problems placing the order, the delivery or the laptop. Very happy with the fast performance and price.

The laptop itself is great except the caps lock button sticks but for the discounted price I’ll take it. The real downside was that the charger I was sent did not work. I wasn’t able to get a replacement charger. I could either return the whole product or buy a new one.

Great value it's super cheap compared to Apple and you get the same it looks brand new!
