The computer was amazing and beautfil and gorgeous, it came with the magsafe charger which i did not know if it would have or not have fome with it, overall the laptop is beautiful and fast and amazing! Thank you so much!! Not to forget to mention the laptop came clean and not dirty!

The Laptop is great and works well. For a certified refurbished device from BestBuy i was pretty disappointed with how it came. It Had sticky stuff around the device and debris under the keyboard. It also had slight discoloring near the USB ports.

My MacBook arrived right on time and in flawless condition. Absolutely in love with it, and very thankful for getting a great product at a great price.

I use this guy every day, multiple times a day, and couldn't be happier. It's lightweight, works with everything, have never had a problem with it. Fingerprint sensor is an added bonus.

About Product: I got it super fast, within three days. Although Best Buy's order status still says "Delayed" after three weeks. The MacBook is in really good condition. I didn't find any scratches; it looks like completely new. However, the charger has some minor scratches. But overall, I was satisfied with the purchase. For those who are wondering, it didn't come in the original packaging. But, there is a big But. *There are no updates on trade-ins.* Apart from getting a good Macbook, it is frustrating that Best Buy is still not able to provide details on how I should send my trade-in back. The order status page is still not updated. The original order status says "Delayed," no updates are available for Trade-in. It has been more than three weeks, and there has been no proper response from BestBuy, neither via chat support nor via email. So, I have to keep the raiting as two stars. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.

I had to exchange this for the actual laptop I ordered because I was sent a macbook that was stuck in Russian. Once everything was sorted out, I’ve had little to no issues with my computer. I’m giving this an average rating because I immediately brought the laptop into the store to return/start an exchange for what I ordered and was told I had to call the support line. I then called support and they asked why I didn’t go in store. I had the faulty laptop for a few weeks before I was able to sort out the issue.

The computer worked great, but the experience was horrendous: The box came with no charger, cables, or accessories of any kind, with the computer being on during transit. When I brought it to the attention of the Geek Bar and order pickup crew, they offered to sell me a new set of cables with a 10% discount, saying they couldn't give me a set and that I was screwed by the Geek Squad packaging team. The cables were about $120 extra, I said no, and returned the device immediately. Used computer, dirty, awful packaging, no accessories, pricier than a new one? Just avoid any Geek Squad-certified products if you can.

The product is just what my son asked for. It was nice and easy to set up!
