Exactly what I was looking for! Battery has a decent life and was a great replacement for personal use

The computer worked great, but the experience was horrendous: The box came with no charger, cables, or accessories of any kind, with the computer being on during transit. When I brought it to the attention of the Geek Bar and order pickup crew, they offered to sell me a new set of cables with a 10% discount, saying they couldn't give me a set and that I was screwed by the Geek Squad packaging team. The cables were about $120 extra, I said no, and returned the device immediately. Used computer, dirty, awful packaging, no accessories, pricier than a new one? Just avoid any Geek Squad-certified products if you can.

I have no complaints! I replaced my older MacBook, and I love the screen resolution. Real sleek and compact. Great Battery life as well.

I had to exchange this for the actual laptop I ordered because I was sent a macbook that was stuck in Russian. Once everything was sorted out, I’ve had little to no issues with my computer. I’m giving this an average rating because I immediately brought the laptop into the store to return/start an exchange for what I ordered and was told I had to call the support line. I then called support and they asked why I didn’t go in store. I had the faulty laptop for a few weeks before I was able to sort out the issue.

It came with some noticeable scratches, but runs well.

This MacBook Air has been a game changer. It’s refurbished, but it’s in perfect shape and works exactly as needed. Such a good deal, don’t count refurbished tech out!!

I bought this MacBook for my birthday right but tell me why it came to me with grease stains and the screen glitching for its life so I returned it and the workers were so helpful and cooperative and allowed me to return the MacBook with no problems . Once I received the new refurbished MacBook, it was basically brand freaking new. I was like AMEN. So now I can leave a good review for this computer!
