Received the wrong product with lower specs and employees sent me from one person to another to make the return and purchase a new instead of refurbished.

I ended up returning the refurbished model and purchased new instead. The refurbished model appeared to not have a quality check, it was dirty, crumbs in the keyboard and keys were stuck down. I would not recommend refurbished from BB.
