Its almost been a year since I bought this product as of writing this review. Im very satisfied. It has been my everyday laptop ever since I bought it and havent experienced any kind of problems as of yet. Cosmetically there was no damage at all when I received it.

Within a day, I found that this MacBook doesn't charge using any of the USB-C ports with any USB-C charger, both the provided Apple charger and a 3rd party charger. No way to continue using the charger, I had to return it for full refund. The only good thing is BestBuy promptly processed my return at my local BestBuy store. I know Apple M1 MacBook pros are great, but this particular refurbished one is bad. The two stars I give goes to BestBuy for their service and the unit I received deserves no stars.

It literally came as brand new, really nice mackbook

I bought this computer three months ago and the performance is amazing so far. Multitasking between apps and screen quality is great. The condition of the laptop seems brand new.

Despite being a little old laptop, it works perfect, it looks like new and my first Macbook I had reserve which is why I bought the refurbished one but for work and portability ill keep using this ones. I had to get the key mapping and over keyboard cover with map while I get use to it.

Item is working properly with no technical problems. The only minuscule thing is a packaging. Product comes in. Overall, this is a great deal.

One of the BEST buys I have ever made with Best Buy. Buying quality refurbished products can save you a lot of money if you are willing to do your homework. A 90 day warranty when purchasing refurbished products is a decent amount of time to test things out. Combined with being a Total Tech customer (highly recommend) you can assure yourself a great product and deal. Best Buy employees are the BEST!!! Thank you for continuing to support your customers.

My MacBook works very well especially since I have to use it for work and schoolwork as well. It has good battery life. I can get to different browsers without any issues

I purchased this MacBook Pro almost a year and a half ago at such a bargain price considering how expensive MacBook Pros are. I have had no major issues as of yet. If I must point out something it would be that the mousepad doesn’t have that click feel like it used to. But that’s just me personally. The mousepad still works fine. I am just knit picking. Overall I am satisfied with this refurbished purchase and would do it again.

Absolutely love that Best Buy has the GeekSquad refurbished. Saved a ton of money for a model I like better than the 2025 Macbook Pros.

Good Laptop, the only thing that I didnt like was the expired manufacturing warranty. But again I bought the refurbished one so thats probably is on me. Overall good product.
