It's fine, but it came with a hard drive instead of an ssd, but i dont really care enough to return it.

Bought this MacBook “certified” refurbished and it lasted me less than 2 months before the screen went out. I called to tell them since it has a 90 day warranty. They told me if there’s any scratches on the laptop then that warranty is voided. There was a small ding in the corner when I bought the laptop. It didn’t bother me at the time since I knew it was used but that was there excuse not to help me. Took it to uBreakiFix and had to pay $550 to get the screen fixed. Totally regret the purchase

Order a MBPro 8gb 512SSD space grey, I received a macbook air, return was extremely difficult ! No one at BEST BUY knows how to return an item, LOL desapointing overhall experience! Also I just wanna to point out that I used a BB gift card a part of the payment, and that was again the worst experience ever to get the refund back for it, took over a mont and mutiple phone calls to costumer service!!! I end purchasing a MBP 16gb 512SSD from AMAZON with 2 year warranty ! easy process ever and MUCH cheaper then BEST BUY!

Refurbished MacBooks always have some defect that will inevitably cost you $100 or more down the road

So i just bought this laptop as refurbished, had high expectations. Laptop received without its original box, not the right color, and not the same specs. I paid extra money to get the 512 GB but received the 256 GB. Received in white box without any serial numbers or any info about the laptop. Beside that everything was opposite of what i ordered, the laptop was dirty and had dents. Best buy employees not doing their job, they just throw any laptop in a box and ship it to you!!! WORST PURCHASE ever made.

This was a used one I got at a good price at the time. I can say it performs great, no issues at all.

Good product, for a great price. Sometimes you can afford a new one. My granddaughter started college and it fullfills her needs.

Within a day, I found that this MacBook doesn't charge using any of the USB-C ports with any USB-C charger, both the provided Apple charger and a 3rd party charger. No way to continue using the charger, I had to return it for full refund. The only good thing is BestBuy promptly processed my return at my local BestBuy store. I know Apple M1 MacBook pros are great, but this particular refurbished one is bad. The two stars I give goes to BestBuy for their service and the unit I received deserves no stars.

The macbook had a new battery installed in it and everything duntions perfectly. Great buy from best buy.

This MacBook Pro is in excellent condition. It appears to be brand new. Based on my observation the charger was used, it has scratches and the usb-c cable is not in great shape. In my opinion I would guess that this is not the power supply that came with this laptop. It appears it was swapped with a used power supply. This is a great upgrade from my old MacBook Pro. Overall it was a great buy.

Its almost been a year since I bought this product as of writing this review. Im very satisfied. It has been my everyday laptop ever since I bought it and havent experienced any kind of problems as of yet. Cosmetically there was no damage at all when I received it.

I bought this computer three months ago and the performance is amazing so far. Multitasking between apps and screen quality is great. The condition of the laptop seems brand new.
