The battery life has been surprisingly good, lasting more than eitht hours of serious computing. Works with Dorico, and doesnt work as hard on the application as mu previous macbook. Overall pleased with my purchase

Shipping tool way too long. Website said it would be ready to pick up in 3-4 days but then was delayed for 2 weeks. When i finally got it the touch bar wont light up and sometimes doesn’t work other than that works good.
I would recommend this to a friend

This is the device that I ordered. I was shipped the 8GB 212 GB device. Best Buy has acknowledged that I have been shipped the incorrect device, but has yet to send me the correct device. Hands down, by far the worst customer service experience.
