The first had faulty speakers and a wrong power supply. This one also had the wrong power supply but at least the laptop itself was functional. Be mindful of purchasing a refurbished Apple product Bestbuy.

We were given memberships for trial stuff on it and offered tech support if it’s ever needed. Note: this is the second one I’ve purchased and I’m still happy with them both
