Wrong model MacBook Pro was sent to me. They were unable to replace it with the correct model. No apologies, a very big hassle sending it back, I had to wait 10 days to get a refund. Awful experience, stay away from Best Buy....

This is not a review of the product but of Best Buy. All I’m going to say is don’t expect Best Buy to treat you as a customer regardless of history. Just go into every transaction with the lowest expectation of what you will receive. If it turns out good, you are lucky, otherwise don’t say i didn’t warn you.

I was looking for a newer Mac book to replace my 2012 Mac book. I did not want to spend the money for a brand new unit and this is the perfect unit as it had everything that I wanted including.

I ordered this “Geeksquad Certified” 14” MacBook Pro with 16GB ram and 1 TB hard drive, 16c GPU…and received a 13” MacBook Pro with touch strip. Could be even been an intel one for all I know. Scam. Good thing I took an unboxing video because I had heard of others getting scammed by Geeksquad certified.

Received with a large dent and part of the body is bloated. Doesn’t seem safe, as I don’t know if battery was impacted. These most certainly aren’t refurbished or even well managed. As many people have gotten the wrong MacBook altogether or a different model entirely.

Got really lucky to snag one of these. The unit I recieced wasnt pritstine but still in very good condtition. Cosmetically, there are a few smudges and very fine scratches on the screen and the top lid is out if alignment by about a millimeter. The charger isnt new but is in good condition. The machine had 88 charge cycles when i recieced it and the battery is very strong. Overall incredible value for the price.

When this came out there was nothing else like it. Great screen, great audio, great trackpad, great keyboard, great battery life, and great SOC. Nothing negative to say about this
