I love my computer. Unfortunately it cracked in the inside without my knowledge. And since it is refurbished it is hard to fix. But while it was working I was so happy to finally have my dream laptop.

Looks brand new...no marks at all. Battery at 165 cycles / 90% battery health. I think I got a great deal. This is my second refurbished MacBook from Best Buy and they both have been in better than expected condition.

My refurbished MacBook Pro arrived dirty which was surprising. Both the keyboard, screen and chasis needed wiping down, but only took a couple of minutes to clean. Almost no wear and tear was seen once I cleaned it. It also came with 3 months of Apple Care left on it which was a pleasant bonus.

It came it flawless cosmetic condition. I had to thoroughly check it 5 times to find even the smallest imperfections. Battery only had 30 cycles on it. I ran benchmarks to make sure the Cpu/Gpu were performing at the speed/power they should. No complaints so far. Excellent Value for the money. Only thing is I ordered a Silver one and they sent me a Space Grey. Totally okay with that because that's the color I wanted in the first place but the site said space grey was out of stock.

The MacBook came in ideal condition. It only had 43 cycles of recharging.

The unit arrived in pristine condition and the laptop even had apple care already on it. The certified refurbished laptop items sold by Bestbuy and certified by Geek Squad standards is unparalleled in quality and value. I would highly recommend that if you're in the market for a new Mac or other Apple device to stop here first. This M1 14inch MBP is an amazing deal and I can hardly wait till I order my next item from Bestbuy!

Honestly blew my expectations. If you need a pro model, consider the M1 pro because you might just not need the M4 pro to begin with!

For half the original price but you get a helluva machine, its worth it. My only complaint is that it didnt come with an apple official charging brick but it did come with the magsafe cord so there isnt much to complain about
