The product was in excellent condition and felt new. For the price being low I was skeptical but after taking the chance I realized it was a wonderful product. This product had no visual imperfections and the keyboard looked untouched. Definitely love using this product!

I have to say I am disappointed. I take refurbished to mean basically new. Bought but returned for some reason, inspected and certified 100% working. These computers are definitely used/pre-owned. No packaging. Just computer and charger in plastic. It is prob still a good deal. But one of my thunderbolt ports is not properly working. Looks good otherwise.

Meets the requirements for the price. Wish it had a M4 chip.

Just received my refurb MBP. It looks spank brand new. Only 7 battery cycles. Perfect condition. Well worth the money. I cannot lie. I am truly thankful best buy sent me the correct one. I read about horror stories people getting the wrong model. But I was not one of them.

You CANNOT go from with an M1 Mac. I got this is a refurb from Geek Squad and it runs like a friggin champ. The price was OH so good AND they had a great trade in deal for my previous Macbook Air. Guess what?? I actually got the FULL trade in amount. I am veery happy with my purchase and experience!

I traded in my m2 MacBook air to get this laptop. I love it so much! The screen is so much bigger and brighter, along with it having far more power , memory, and storage space for me to be able to process and keep my coding projects, without worrying about a slow down after hours of work. 10/10 amazing laptop.

The unit came quickly - was packaged carefully - and I've not had any issues after using it for almost 2 months now.

The device functions as intended, with no visible dents on the screen. However, it has low battery cycles, but the remaining battery is still at 88%.

Buying refurbished is a gamble. I took the chance and noticed there was a dent in the corner of the laptop...not noticeable at first, but it was if you looked closely. Looks like it had been dropped on the corner. Seemed to work fine, but I did not take a chance and returned it.

The product was physically damaged - crack of about 2 inches on the screen, a pretty long scratch of 4 to 5 inches on the lid. Their inspection quality have gone downhill and now scratch and dent meets their criteria of "Certified Refurbished".
