It’s a great laptop, I starts up pretty fast and I use it for school and work and I’m able to do a lot more multitasking

I needed a new laptop ASAP as the one I had for 7 years died on me. I decided on this one because of the screen size as well as it having Touch ID. I love using this for work and I love how responsive the touch pad is vs my old one! I’m very happy with my purchase!

Even though it's an older model in late 2024, the experience is still as snappy and fast as a new Macbook. I wasn't as lucky with the battery or the charger received, with 91% battery health and a 67w adapter instead of the usual 140w that comes with 16 inch Macbooks. But quite happy with my purchase. The laptop came without any problems or visible scratches, scuffs or dents. There are just minor usage marks near the charger and the left side USB-C ports, but other than that, it basically looks like new.

Solid Mac, was tossing up between this and a new MacBook air m3/m4. Screen is a bit bigger, easier on the eyes as you get older ...

Awesome laptop upgraded from a 14 inch to the 16 Pro battery life is great no dents no scratches only reason why I gave it three stars is because I was told that there is no geek squad warranty offered on this product so it's basically by as is once once the 14-day return policy is over.

The mac came in in near perfect condition! This is an absolute steal of a deal right now. Highly recommend if your in the market for a Macbook!

Just purchased this and so far so good. only 62 battery cycles and 96% battery capacity which I’m very pleased with. No scratching or dents. screen looks good. if you see this available and aren’t sure about buying, I’d say just do it!

i ordered a 16 inch macbook pro but instead i got a 14 inch macbook pro. WAS Very Disappointed and i was planning to travel and it made too much inconvenience. Now i ordered another one and returned the 14 inch and money is not coming to my bank and its been a while and very worried

If you don't care about the new Apple product box-opening experience, certified refurbished is the way to go. Not sure how different Geek Squad certified is different from Apple's but this laptop looked brand new! Can't find anything wrong with it. There was a tiny scuff on the charger but - that's totally fine - for the price. Otherwise I'll be sure to look for more GS Certified Refurb models on any further purchases, because this one knocked it out of the park.
