Awesome laptop upgraded from a 14 inch to the 16 Pro battery life is great no dents no scratches only reason why I gave it three stars is because I was told that there is no geek squad warranty offered on this product so it's basically by as is once once the 14-day return policy is over.

The mac came in in near perfect condition! This is an absolute steal of a deal right now. Highly recommend if your in the market for a Macbook!

i ordered a 16 inch macbook pro but instead i got a 14 inch macbook pro. WAS Very Disappointed and i was planning to travel and it made too much inconvenience. Now i ordered another one and returned the 14 inch and money is not coming to my bank and its been a while and very worried

Arrived without any real wear to show. Battery is still 100%, although the warranty is expired.

Just purchased this and so far so good. only 62 battery cycles and 96% battery capacity which I’m very pleased with. No scratching or dents. screen looks good. if you see this available and aren’t sure about buying, I’d say just do it!

Fast, screens amazing(unfortunately has one small pin size scrath on the screen), but easy enough to ignore, storage is ample, and in my use 16gb which is perfect, battery life, just plain incredible average around 6 hours while using for the hughest workload i out it through, which is a couple of google docs, and presentations, . Averaging between 8-10 hours light usage, watching media, and just browsing.

Awesome Laptop. Purchase for the front office. Great speed, a well put together computer.

If you don't care about the new Apple product box-opening experience, certified refurbished is the way to go. Not sure how different Geek Squad certified is different from Apple's but this laptop looked brand new! Can't find anything wrong with it. There was a tiny scuff on the charger but - that's totally fine - for the price. Otherwise I'll be sure to look for more GS Certified Refurb models on any further purchases, because this one knocked it out of the park.

Got the device in like new condition. Works great. Did not come with original charger though.

I purchased this MacBook to complete my college coursework, but within just two weeks, the screen began randomly going black. The backlight remains on—I can still see slight movement when I use the trackpad—but the display becomes completely dark, likely due to a hardware issue, possibly with the display wiring. I brought the laptop to Best Buy for assistance, but since it’s a MacBook, I was told it would need to be shipped out for repairs. While I understand that policy, I can’t afford to be without a functioning computer for several weeks during the school semester. Currently, the laptop only initially works for about 20 minutes before the screen goes black. To temporarily restore it, I have to close and reopen the lid, but that only gives me about a minute of visibility before the issue happens again. It’s become unusable, and I’ve been forced to connect it to an external monitor just to do basic work—which defeats the purpose of buying a portable laptop in the first place. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disruptive to my education.

Ive been looking for a Macbook for a long time and this fit my needs and budget COMPLETELY!

Didn’t last 5 months. Refurbished is laughable For a temporary fix. All my apple new have been wonderful but so so disappointed in your refurbished junk. Now out 1000 bucks

was sent silver instead of space gray. looked good until the display flickering after 2 days.
