Alrighty y'all, before I purchase this console I was hesitant to get one because of the controller and sure enough the controller suck is like been used and abused which is understandable but still I meant it's literally used up all the way not as functioning as it should be but is all good for the price, other than that console is smooth, not that loud yet and best of All work's smooth. Thank you Best buy for giving us a chance to get this at Best buy you could possibly buy. Recommend.

I'll start by saying this is a great product if a PS5 is too expensive. That's why I got this one, and I haven't been disappointed! This is a slim to anyone who's wondering. It arrived practically brand new. The only thing I would say is that the storage is only 875 for the one I got. It said 1 terabyte but mine was only 875 gigabytes. Its just a small issue. The controller was also in perfect condition. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product.

Everything I wanted. Well, everyone knows what to expect when buying a PlayStation, and this one was no exception. It works perfectly. Everything's fine. I recommend it. Don't be afraid to buy it because it's refurbished. It works great. Highly recommended.

I got this for my 6 year old. We already have a ps5 in the house but he wanted to play online with his brothers so badly! lol. So we opted for this and it has worked great. We haven’t had any issues with us so far! Worth the price.

I bought this ps4 for my lil brother thing it has 1tb of storage but then to my surpise it only had about 400gb on it im really disappointed :( .

Great service. Fast delivery. Loved the product. I was skeptical of a refurbished item but it works great.

It arrived yesterdya and i got it all set up snd downloaded stuff onto it and then checked it today and saw that a bunch of stuff didnt download, so i checked the storage and its only 500mb of space, not 1T like listed, so paid more for more space, but only got 500mb. Other than that, im happy with it, it works great, the battery on the controller dies a little fast but otherwise so far so good. Just not happy that i didnt get what i paid more for.

I placed the order for this item on 9/20/24 and received it on 9/30/24 That same day I called customer service to let them know the controller wasn’t working correctly. I was told they couldn’t do anything and I should take the controller to the nearest store and simply exchange it for a working controller. On 10/1 I went to one of 2 stores that are reasonably in my area and there weren’t any PS4 controllers in stock. The next day I went to the other location where there was 1 controller in stock but when I attempted to make the exchange I was told “The people that answer the phones at 1-800 best buy don’t work for best buy and consistently give inaccurate information” I would need to bring the entire system into the store to return it within 2 days because I purchased it on 9/20 even though I didn’t receive it till 10 days later. Also, the PS4 is advertised as being 1T but it is actually 861 GB. I’ve attached a picture. Im very disappointed that the controller, which is an integral piece of equipment doesn’t function properly but the handling of the situation and lack of customer service, misinformation, and the runaround has gotten me really turned off from shopping this store.

Great purchase! I got this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it. I will definitely be buying more electronics through best buy like always.

how could you even send something like this to a customer. I could have purchased one in better condition for less at a pawn shop. the worst part is we opened in on christmas eve not realizing it would be in such poor condition or that it was PINK. we bought it for our SON. very disappointed with this purchase.

From games to video to DVD's and blue ray. This device even has "on-line" capabilities. Yes, it IS REFURBISHED. But STILL LOOKS/ feels/ BEHAVES as IF it were brand new. Nonetheless, You WILL start out with (about) 850+/- GB and NOT the full 1TB. "Why," you might ask. Because it IS REFERBISHED. Meaning, there is/are/ will be certain PROGRAM info/ data left behind. NOT to mention all the NEW info/ DATA YOU will be adding (name; create account; sign the blah-blah-yadda-yadda's; etc., etc.). Still, there IS. PLENTY. OF. ROOM! And think about this- you will be DOING YOUR PART of PRESERVING what LITTLE space we have left on this (physical) earth.

I recently bought a PlayStation 4 from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The console came in perfect condition, exactly as described, and setup was quick and easy. The graphics and performance are still impressive, even years after its release. Best Buy’s customer service was helpful, and shipping was fast. Overall, a smooth buying experience and a great product for gaming and streaming!

I have never owned a PlayStation before and I really only wanted it to play a PS4 exclusive but I bought a couple other games for it and it runs well and I haven’t encountered any issues or problems It came out of the box clean and with every cord I needed and booted up with no issue or suspicious noises The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because the charger for the controller I received couldn’t stay in the port but I luckily had a cord that works laying around

Great price and product! I’ve ordered a certified refurbished item before and it exceeded my expectations! My controller I got with the play station did not work so they replaced it with a brand new one free of charge! I always recommend certified refurbished to anyone who wants a product for a good price!

I needed a new PS4 cause my old one was giving out. This came through at a decent price and works well. The only issue i have is the controller. When i play story mode games, the joystick makes the camera spin. So i get pretty sick playing those games. Any thing else i have no issue. I tested with a different controller and didn't have that issue so might have to get a new one. Overall no other issues.
