    Hesitant of purchasing anything refurbished, but after deciding to purchase this specific PS4 model - because you can’t get a new one and I’m not willing to pay for the newest model just to play old games - I took the chance for two reasons: (1) BestBuy will take it back and (2) the price was reasonable. I’m happy I did. Everything came with the console, as advertised, and, most of all, everything works. BestBuy will be the first place I’ll turn if another refurbished product is needed.

    Bought this refurbished PS4 and so far, so good. It works well and is in excellent condition. The DVD/Blu-ray quality is exceptional on this console.
