Works just like a new PS4, everything about it is amazing.

I bought this online and went to pick it up .... everything was fine until I realized that the game bundle was not included, I talked to the service support and they gave me a case and told me to check the box, I literally took it apart but it was not in the package, the support told me to print my invoice and that the store would give me the game. Surprise! I ran into the most rude, unfriendly and unfriendly customer service (BestBuy Bayshore), the answer: IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY RETURN THE CONSOLE I CANNOT HELP YOU, words of the customer service manager even telling here that the support had told me that they could and that I had an open ticket. .... at this point I wanted only for what I paid but I will really return everything and buy a new console in a place where they don't treat the customer like nothing.

It came clean and it works fine. It was a gift for my husband. He loves it!

You have only 14 days to determine whether or not your equipment has any serious issues that you’d only discover hours or days into gameplay. I received my Playstaytion 4 on March 26th, 2025, and the window apparently closed on April 10th. It is now April 19th and fan of this console is WAY TOO LOUD. I have to raise the volume of my TV to about 75% of its volume, so I don’t have to hear the PS4. Just last week, I had an issue where within 15 minutes after powering it on, it shut off on me. I couldn’t, in good conscience, recommend this to anyone. The return/exchange support window being open for only 14 days doesn’t the consumer time to thorough experience their console. With the serious technical issues being exposed within the third week, and support is for only 14 days rather than 30-60 days like most business, this feels intentional. I’m now forced to either where ear plugs or headphones while I play to mute out the intense noise of the fan, hoping that it won’t shut off on me again, or as suggested by a representative over the phone, trade-in at any of their locations, getting substantially less back than the amount you purchased it for. Don’t buy this.
