    It showed up a little beat up with some tabs on the covers broken, but it works great and does everything it's supposed to

    I was scammed, I ordered a regular PS5 with a disc drive. But what I received was PS5 without a disc drive. Was told by online customer service to go to nearest Best Buy location and I’ll be taken care of. They told me they have one, said they couldn’t give me a full exchange and had to charge me $50 more. Then when I got home, I realized it was smaller, turns out they gave me a ps5 slim. Reached out and all they could really do for me is order another one but no guarantee it’ll be what I ordered. So in conclusion I was scammed and no one could help me.

    Bought this item as a gift for my girlfriend, owned for less than 24hrs and it had rebooted and powered off multiple times while using the console and watching a movie.

    I received the product and it works, but the plastic got busted up during shipping. They put the PlayStation in with a piece of bubble wrap and that was it. It’s very noticeable and not aesthetically pleasing.

    Fan failed and controler kept disconnecting. Brought it back for a new one. Not worth the nonsense. Whatever "diagnostics" they put these through are not thorough enough. Would not recommend.
