Man i bought this and i cant even set it up lol the controller doesnt connect to ps5 i think the ports are bad

I ordered a product from Best Buy, but it was never delivered, even though I was charged for it. I’ve called customer service numerous times, but I still haven’t received a refund or replacement. I ended up wasting $400 on this. I would not recommend buying from them.

Said it was refurbish it had never been opened had it taken apart infront of me for overheating issues it was filled with dust

the game arrived with the cd side coming off so once i lifted the game from the box almost fell to the floor it was dirty on the inside of the console with marks and scratches not a lot of wrap so hopefully you got a nice delivery driver the game runs actually good had it since july no big problems no console stand

Terrible service, I purchased a refurbished playstation 5 and payed for it. Said i could pick it up in one hour at the store. Made a 2 hour drive for it to get cancled.

Ps5 came in with no box no anything just thrown in a box and shipped out and when it arrived it was dead didn’t even power in … btw this was a opened box excellent condition lol
