Refurbished 400$ ps5 and controller didn’t work and they wouldn’t exchange for me!

I love it and its worth the money that I paid. I recommend this device to gamers

One of the levers on the controller turned out to be broken. This needs better quality control. The Ps5 itself has worked fine so far.

Came in a generic box but well wrapped sonit not a big issue, the console it self was dirty all over but what ever i can clean it rigth? Then after a few days it wouldn’t turn on at all, BestBuy gave me a full refund but still a bit disappointing.

I ordered on a Wednesday evening. The free delivery was for Saturday but i needed it Friday so i paid for next day delivery. It did not arrive on Friday, or Saturday, but on Monday. I put hased for a gift and needed it Saturday but those plans were no longer possible. The only compensation offered was a refund on the next day delivery charge and they seemed reluctant to give me that. Seems like a no brainer since i should not be expected to pay for a service they did not fulfill. Anyway, the product is fine but the customer service leaves a ton to be desired.

I ordered a product from Best Buy, but it was never delivered, even though I was charged for it. I’ve called customer service numerous times, but I still haven’t received a refund or replacement. I ended up wasting $400 on this. I would not recommend buying from them.

Said it was refurbish it had never been opened had it taken apart infront of me for overheating issues it was filled with dust

the game arrived with the cd side coming off so once i lifted the game from the box almost fell to the floor it was dirty on the inside of the console with marks and scratches not a lot of wrap so hopefully you got a nice delivery driver the game runs actually good had it since july no big problems no console stand

Terrible service, I purchased a refurbished playstation 5 and payed for it. Said i could pick it up in one hour at the store. Made a 2 hour drive for it to get cancled.
