Normally I am weary when it comes to buying anything refurbished. I took the risk of buying this controller in such a condition and I was very surprised by it once I got it. It didn't even look like it was used much. It had some dust and tiny splotches here and there, both I was able to easily clean up and made it look like new. The controller even came in the original box and had the charging cable to boot! Only the manual was missing, but who really needs it for a controller? The pro controller feels great to use and it's handy to have when you don't feel like using the joy-cons. Fits comfortably in my hands and I know I'll be using this very frequently now!

Bought this controller refurbished through Best Buy and so far it works great. Had some very small scratches on the front, but the controller works as intended. The Switch Pro controller is much more comfortable than the Joy-Cons and on par with the best controllers out there right now. Definitely recommend if you plan to play the Switch in docked mode.

This controller we purchased works very well, and feels nice in the hands. Most of the inputs worked properly (more on that later) and it feels more like a traditional style controller than most of Nintendo's controllers. It works wonderfully for Smash Bros., Yoshi, Minecraft, etc., but some games have issues. Namely games that use the D-Pad such as Puyo Puyo or Tetris. Being a first-gen Pro Controller, we expected the D-Pad might have a few issues, but it makes games like Tetris practically unplayable with how much it sticks. Once, when playing Smash Bros., one player was stuck taunting, and when we went into the Switch's system settings to recalibrate the inputs, we couldn't even get to it because the D-Pad kept scrolling up and down. We will probably send it in if the problem gets worse. While this review sounds negative, it actually works wonderfully for the most part, and we play Puyo Puyo Tetris and Tetris 99 with the Joy-Con usually. I would recommend it to those looking for a cheaper price, as long as they don't mind occasional D-Pad sticking.

Fantastic choice for an upgraded Switch controller; has been very reliable, connection has been fast, and charging cable is decently long when connected to the console and controller.

Along with Joycons, I bought this controller refurbished from Best Buy not knowing what kind of quality the controllers would come in. I was definitely pleased with all of the controllers I received. It looked pretty much unused, and it worked and paired perfectly with my switch. The calibration and sensitivity of the pro controller felt much better and the comfort of the pro controllers is significantly better than regular Joycons, especially over longer usage. Of course, your mileage may vary as with most refurbished products, but the return policy was encouraging and is what pushed me to save some cash and go for refurbushed. Would definitely considered refurbished again for these products.

This was a great purchase for me! This is a great PRO controller. I know it's a refurb, however this one came in GREAT condition. There are no shown scratches that I see and it also comes with its charging cable. Easy linking to the station and plays great!

I bought this as a certified refurbished controller and was pleasantly surprised by how new this controller feels. I've been using it for a few weeks and it still has the new bumpy feel to the buttons. I'm convinced it was returned having never been used. Don't sleep on the refurbs folks.

I bought this for my son, I usually skeptical of buying refurbished items. But I have to say both he and I were pleasantly surprised. I am writing this review quite some time after the purchase and it’s still working great.

Prefer the controller over the default switch controllers. Conforms to your grip. No problem with this controller even when its refurbished.

This may very well be the most comfortable controller I've ever held, slightly edging out the Dualshock 4. Do yourself a favor and pick one up. It's easily better than using the Joy-Con in the grip.

Feels great looks great! The ability to play games with a controller is so much better than sticking with the standard joycons. Would recommend.

What can I say? I bought a refurbished switch pro controller and it’s as good as new. Very happy with the purchase and the geek squad recertified program.

My joycons were sadly broken so when i was looking for new ones i found this. Its so fun, easy, and comfy in my hands.

Awesome remote just as good as new couldnt tell the difference except for a lower price.
