    I read the reviews about missing items that are listed as included and took the chance anyway. Well mine were missing all the silicone tips and the charging cable. I only received the two buds without tips and the charging case. You can’t even use them without tips. With the amount of buyers complaining of the same thing it would be in Best Buy’s interest to look into their refurbishment partner and process. This is just unacceptable. Needless to say I’m already in the process of returning them and only received an hour ago.
