This works much better than i could have imagined. I am very satusfues, and would recomend for 1st time purchasing.

It had stick drift as soon as I got it but other than that it was amazing.

Can’t recommend. Mine arrived with a scratched screen and also clearly had not undergone any cleaning/sanitization—there was some sticky residue on the bottom of the dock and the other items were also quite dirty. Kinda gross. I understand it’s not meant to be new, but mine had clearly not undergone the thorough quality assurance process promised by “Geek Squad Certified.”

Love my OLED! Worth the upgrade if you don’t mind spending the money.

I recieved my OLED Switch today, not even finishing the set up I get an orange screen. I restarted it and got it again! So much for "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished products are thoroughly, painstakingly and lovingly tested, so you can be sure that your device will work right, right away." It's not working right!!

I recieved open box item even film on monitor was removed.

I bought this at the Schaumburg, IL Best Buy so shout out to them. I'm honestly surprised, it came in really good condition even thought its refurbished. Works good too, and so does the dock. However I do want the reader to consider thinking about buying one used, if you've never had a switch before, then please just buy one that's new. The only reason I bought my Switch was because 1. I already had a couple lying around, 2. I'm only going to be playing one game on it, that being Nintendo Switch Sports. Storage isn't really big though (about 64 gigabytes, excluding the system bios and memory) , which was my main concern with the first switch. I myself, am a digital gamer, and I could basically fit only 3 16-17 Gigabyte games onto the system storage. If you are planning to download your games, or yourself is a digital gamer, defiantly get an SD card, thank me later. If you expect this to be like an Xbox Series S/X, or an PS5, compared to graphics, you are looking in the wrong place. The console is powered like what feels like to be a teeny tiny bit better then the Wii U. If you are looking for something more powerful that is Nintendo related, just wait till the next gen console comes out. Overall I love this product, even if i don't play it that much, its still nice to have.

I was a bit nervous about getting a refurbished Nintendo Switch OLED, thinking I might end up with a device that looked worn out. But I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived! It looked like new—no scratches or signs of use at all. The screen was perfect, and everything worked smoothly. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It feels just like getting a brand-new console!

I’m honestly shocked that this is spotless and I’m perfect condition! The original box had some minor marks/dents, but the Switch itself is PERFECT. No dead pixels, no Joy-Con issues, no scratches or scuffs at all — same goes for the dock. I’m extremely particular and picky about buying things secondhand, and I am absolutely thrilled about this purchase! Beyond just the condition though, this is a fantastic upgrade to my first generation Switch that I’ve used since April 2017. Its battery was never great to begin with, so five years of use didn’t do it any favors. BUT, I’m beyond pleased to say that the battery life on this Switch OLED is a massive improvement! The bigger screen is also very nice, same with the better speakers and wide kickstand (never played in tabletop too much, but now I might!). If you have an original Switch from 2017 or a Switch Lite, this is an upgrade that is definitely worth it in my opinion.

I bought this system refurbished and it was surprisingly clean and fully functional. Though, I have seen reviews say otherwise so purchase at your own risk. I bought this console as a replacement for my launch version because I have been using mine portably more often and the larger screen and battery life is nice. But, I wouldn’t recommend an upgrade unless you absolutely need one. No performance upgrades are present. There is a built in function to transfer save data from a previous console but can be tedious for several copies of software. Regardless, it is superior to the launch version but is not worth for current switch owners.

We have had this a few years, been working great, we bought way too many games. We did end up having one of the JoyCons fail after a year or so, but Nintendo replaced it and haven't had issues since. The bigger, higher res screen is nice when you want to play on the handheld instead of a tv, but works great on both, I like the white color, but if you have kids, be prepared with wipe off kid hand dirt from time to time. We have used this on car trips, at home and at friends and family's houses, I like the game selection and nintendo has my fav games (usually mario and zelda franchises).

I received my switch in relatively perfect condition, but the only thing was that the box was a little scuffed (not a big deal to me) and that the left joy con wouldn’t lock onto the straps. I brought it to best buy and were able to replace my switch for a brand new one. Very happy with the customer service and the ease of exchanging it. I would’ve been fine with just them replacing the joy cons because like I said the console itself was perfect, but getting a brand new switch out of it at no additional cost really changed my perception of best buy/ geek squad into a great one.

I have had my share of bad experiences buying refurbished products over the years. This was my first time buying a refurbished product, much less a refurbished game console, from Best Buy. And I am glad I did. I bought the Nintendo Switch OLED to replace my Switch Lite and I got it for a very reasonable price by opting for refurbished instead of brand new. I was skeptical, but it was a very positive experience. There was no indication whatsoever that it had been previously owned. It was super clean and flawless and has not had any issues the entire time I’ve been using it. Its nice to be able to play my Switch games on my huge TV and still be able to take it places if I want. It has great battery life and so far, plenty of storage without the need for a memory card. Overall a very good experience. Other sellers could learn a thing or two about how to market refurbished consoles to their customers based on this experience. I would highly recommend buying refurbished consoles from Best Buy. Great quality and great value, all around.

Good console for the family. OLED is top notch and the larger screen really makes a different after coming from lite. Not the most powerful console ever but for those who prefer portability, this is the one for you.

I had no issues, and my unit was in great working condition. But like any refurbished or open box item, spend some time looking over and testing for faults. I always like picking up refurbished items when I can because you know they've been through tougher checks than those off an assembly line, and they are more readily accepted as returns if there's an issue. You should just give it a good check once you get it home, and be ready to take it back if something is off. Probably not great for a gift.

It came out looking clean. No damage or anything wrong with it. It looks and works great for it to be a refurbished little console. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it didn’t really come in a box. It was just all bubble wrapped separately but they did wrap it good to where it was secure and no damage. Overall pretty happy and pleased with my purchase

I purchased this to upgrade from the regular Switch. I only had a couple odd issues. The left joy con L button was not functioning and I also noticed a small amount of debris in one of the bottom vent spaces. It cleaned out just fine, but still peculiar this was missed. The joy con issue was a little frustrating considering I had just purchased the item, but after talking with customer service, all they recommended was purchasing new joy cons. I am fully aware of this being a used item, but this should not be considered an item to repurchase if the issues are not clearly documented. Otherwise, since switching joy cons, I have noticed 0 issues. I love the bigger screen and the brighter picture
