    I waited a week for this to get to the store for pickup, since "delivery not possible." I had plans this weekend to play with friends. Not only did this "certified" item arrive with both controllers showing scratches and wear, but one controller is completely DOA. BB/Geek Squad completely missed that the system won't boot fully due to a faulty controller. Without buying another, the whole system is completely unusable. This is a massive disappointment. I don't know what BB/Geek Squad are doing on the job, but I know what they're not doing. Returning for refund. I won't purchase anything they "certify" or "refurbish" again.

    Product arrived covered in human hair(!) and the controllers has some sticky substance on them... I thought refurbished would mean someone would have at least cleaned it...but it seemed like just a repackage and resell. I plan to return and look for a new one.

    Kind of disappointed. I would have bought a new one if i had known many items were missing. In the explanation of its condition it says all items are included but when we received it this was not the case.
