Kept freezing on start up as well as doing things in game and pretty much at any random time or after 1 hr of gameplay, it was a nice demo. I decided to spend the $30 extra for a New out of the box one and its totally worth it.

Super cute but could not for the life of me get it to stay connected to my tv. Issue must be with either the dock or the hdmi port because no matter what I troubleshooted it never worked. It was super easy to get a replacement though.

Wish I could select NO STARS. Bought refurbished and one controller didnt work on Christmas morning when it was opened, so there was nowhere to run out and buy another, so Santa brought the boy a damaged toy. Not a good look Geek Squad.

got it for my girlfriend and she has only played 3xs and one day she went to play it wouldnt trun on...so word of advice do by refurbish

One of the switch joy cons was broken on arival had to buy 2 new joy cons whivh was 80 dollars on top of what i paid for tge switch, was not happy with this purchase at all.
