I’m satisfied with the purchase of a refurbished Nintendo Switch. It looked brand new and came in original packaging. All parts included as original. Runs just fine.

I have switch, but I was looking to buy another to take to college with me this fall and leave the first one at home for the family. With switches being hard to find these days, I was glad I was able to snag a refurbished one when it popped up. I was pleasently surprised to find it was in the original box when it arrived. The system was brand new, and it was the V2 with better battery life, which was my only concern about buying refurbished. Shipping was also fast. All in all a great experience purchasing from Best Buy and I would do it all again. As far as the console itself, if you’re on the fence about buying one, go for it. The hardware is brilliant, the ability to switch between handheld and TV play is very seamless. The included Joy Cons allow for multiplayer right out of the box, and they’re easy to ise in a variety of configurations. I’ve had a total of 6 and haven’t experienced drift with any of them. On the software side, there’s an astounding selection of games to chose from. Couch multiplayer, party games, epic single player adventures, there’s something for everyone on the switch. All in all the switch is in one of the most flexible gaming consoles ever seen and great fun fir families and individuals alike

I love this console so much. It’s portable, easily connects to the tv via HDMI cable. Long battery life. Definitely worth the purchase (:

This is a fun and versatile gaming system. This system is Portable or set up as a home system. Connect to tv with supplied hdmi cable. Very enjoyable and much less expensive than ps or Xbox console.

* Semi-Good Condition * Shipped without orignal box came in a big brown box * Console was dirty had gunk on the screen * 90 Day warranty I ended up returning the device because of the limited warranty and for 20$ more you can get a brand new one.

Came in the original box with everything perfectly wrapped & in mint condition just as if I had purchased it brand new, it even arrived with a full battery! Very pleased with this purchase.

Got for my son Christmas gift last year and it was super excited, even I play it. Good quality never had an issue!

I saw that other people had there's come in with damaged items but mine came it perfect. It's was easy to set up and everything works just fine.

Overall works like new so definitely a good refurbished product. Everything was included so no issues there. There were some light scratches and fingerprints on the unit though. I’d have thought they’d clean the fingerprints before packaging but easy enough for me to clean at home. Nice way to save a few dollars for sure.

The Nintendo Switch is a great buy! Great for all ages as there are games of all kinds. It is portable but can also be easily set up on a tv. I have owned this product for almost a year now with daily use from kids and it has been pretty durable with no problems as of yet.

I love my Switch. It is fun for the whole family. I have had zero issues arise from the refurbished console. Best Buy’s refurbished items aren’t like a lot of the other national retailers. They actually refurbish the items instead of Barely cleaning up the exterior of the item. I have gotten hours of gameplay out of this and expect to enjoy it for many more years to come!

I bought this last year when it was impossible to buy a switch, so I bought it gently used! It arrived super fast, item was in mint condition!

It came in all original packaging. In prefect condition as far as I can tell it looked brand new. It works perfectly and it great.

We did have to send one of the controllers in to have fixed a few months after purchasing and about a year after purchasing we had an issue getting the system to charge (not sure how but my 20 yr old son that is big into gaming and electronics managed to fix it). Besides those issues we have fun playing games as a family.

This switch was in very good condition for being refurbished. We have had no issues with it and have had it for a year so far!

This was a christmas gift. I thought I was going to have to charge it, but it was charged right out of the box. Everything was in good working condition.

The Nintendo Switch works well and has good storage. The controllers are also working smoothly.
