When I tried to exchange in-store for a brand new and pay difference 19 days later they told me no. I’m getting error messages and slow loading times. It’s not really fair. I didn’t play it right away because it was a birthday gift and my birthday was February 21 and it was purchased on the first. My husband gave it to me a little earlier because I found out because he purchased on my own account. And now I’m stuck with something that is not fully functional. Im so mad.
