Incredible. Delivery was fast. Quality of packaging was great. The console itself has lived up to every expectation and continues to perform beautifully. I am so in love with this console.

Arrived in a large shipping box. Opened the box and the console had bubble wrap around it. The controller and cables were in a ziplock bag. The console has a large crack in the top. I will be returning. This is what the geek squad and Best Buy call refurbished? Save time and money, go to Game stop and buy one. I will never purchase anything refurbished by the Geek Squad. It is a shame that Best Buy would actually ship this junk to customers. .

I have never encountered a more filthy uncared for console in my life. The console i recieved has residue and all over it and brown dirt clogging all vents that smelled like cigarette smoke and wet dog. The cotroller also came with debris stuck in all crevices with it and had a strong moldy / cheesey smell. Controller was also cracked in half and had the casing seperating. Console was functional, and thats why it gets 1 star.

This is a fantastic console, great selection of games. It runs great and is whisper quiet. I bought this to play the latest Indiana Jones game which is fabulous and the graphics WOW!

If you're still playing on an old Xbox One X/S and want to know if it's worth upgrading, it probably is. When I first booted up my Series X, my old library of games needed to "upgrade" instead of update and now a lot of them are marked with a "X|S" on the game tiles, as long as you keep an external backup drive it's pretty easy to keep all games readily available. But when I booted up Fallout 4, the difference was night and day. I used to see textures rendering in close distances or not load until I stood still in very developed settlements, now everything loads immediately with a proper 60 FPS boost without hitching and load screens are very quick. You'll find a lot of games have been enhanced for better resolution, framerates and load times that make it more friendly with current monitors and TVs. The way I see it, it's worth the upgrade to be able to play all your favorite old games enhanced AND play anything new coming down the pipeline.

Xbox and controller came in working and clean condition and everything works great! However the wrong power cord was provided and in order to get the correct one all items had to be shipped back and received to then send out a new one. Customer service was great and I understand policy says that all items must be returned, but to put all that effort and money into returning and waiting another week for a new one just to get the right power cord is crazy, especially when it only cost 6 bucks. Geek squad needs to ensure all right parts especially if they are certified to refurbish these consoles. Great product and good to save money, just be prepared for missing or wrong parts

A great first experience with purchasing refurbished! Has been great ever since I picked it up, and the team who got it together were both friendly and timely! They even had it ready a day early which worked amazingly with my work schedule

Fun video game system I would recommended you won’t regret it

Although this was a refurbished system, it looks and performs like new.

I’m very happy with the condition of the Xbox. So far it is working great. There was a small dent on one of the corners…..but no big deal to save $100.

Shall I begin with the worst or the stupidest? How about the worst: it didn’t even power on. Not even a flashing light. Not even a red ring of death like the good old days. Just nobody home. This perhaps should have been unsurprising based on what looked like dried queso fingerprints on the outside of the console and caked around the eject button. This of course on a console that came packaged like something someone found at a garage sale. How little do you have to care - and how little does your “certification” mean if you cannot even determine whether a device even starts or is clean on the outside? I can’t imagine how much cheese must be inside the console. “Geek Squad Certified” means nothing anymore. Nothing at all.

Everything works as it should. Came with power and HDMI cable.

I have had to reset the console four times to be able to use it; it constantly kicks us out of our game to the main screen. The console itself was in good physical condition and came with a great controller, but it just ndid ot run properly.

The Refurbished Xbox series x that I ordered came in perfect condition, and preforms flawlessly. In the past I have been leery of ordering refurbished products but this has made me a believer.

I'm impressed with everything except here is not a lot of campaign games and two player games there are more multi-player games or online and I'm not a big online player

Upgraded from Xbox One and man what an upgrade. Everything looks and runs smooth.

I am giving this a 1 star review because of the customer service with the one issue I experienced with this purchase. I received an xbox console with a Playstation controller. I advised the chat customer service of this within minutes of receiving the product and they advised me that I could exchange the controller so I went in store to do just that. However when I got to the store they stated that they could not just exchange the controller, I would have to exchange the entire system. They directed me to call the customer service number and that they would be able to assist with getting a controller sent from the warehouse. They insisted that I had to send the entire console package back and they would refund my account. I don't want a refund I just want a controller that works with the console that I purchased as it is advertised without having to wait another 2 weeks to use what I have already purchased. Best buy has soured my opion of them with this transaction.
