i have had support and webroot now for my third year. i use the support every three months just for system maintenance and every time i feel i have a virus. they are just that 24/7. sometimes a few people ahead of you but it is always worth the wait

was having probs getting PC to upload and keep running, had geek squad come to home and take care of it. He called before coming out and was early for set time, didnt take more than 45 minutes and PC was fixed glad i have them for back up

My in-home service was helpful, thorough, and informative in terms of what could and could not be done. He asked several times if I had something else that had to be done, and was candid about what he could not do.

My experience with the in home service was excellent. I had a tech named Micha who was extremely helpful and very patient with my limited tech experience. By the time he left i understood everything and it all worked excellent.

I needed some help reconnecting my computers to my printer. My service advisor called to confirm and called again to let me know when he would arrive. He easily got the computers connected and was very courteous.

We had some issues with our computer and Iphones that we needed help with. The person from the Geek Squad that came to our house was very knowledgeable and solved our problems in a timely manner.

Seth was awesome! He was knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. He is an asset to Geek Squad. Enjoyed having him in our home to complete the data transfer from a broken computer to the new one.

Agent came out on time and help set up the technology in our new home. Made several suggestions on what type of things we could purchase to make things easier. Cost was reasonable for what we got.

The Geek Squard Man was very knowledgeable, he was able to figure out the problem (I was not able to print from my laptop, but others were able to). Very pleasant man and enjoyable to work with.

My computer did some thinking and adjusting on it's own and needed some fixing. As usual the squad paid a visit and got the computer and printer talking correctly. The Squad as usual fixed the problem.

The Sony 49" X900 smart tv is well worth the higher price in my opinion. The clarity of the images (2160 vs 1080) with this SONY smart tv is outstanding. Highly recommend this television!

My geek squad service has been excellent due to the geek guy Byron. He is always helpful solving any issues I have. He also offers good suggestions and never tires of answering my questions.

I can always count on the Geek Squad to come to my home fix my problem. every time i get the job done this time a cable wire had fallen off that is why he had to come to my home thanks so much

I haven't purchased any thing recently except for an external back up drive for my HP computer. I assume it is working as advertised. Sales personnel have always been helpful.

I really appreciated his persistence in trying to get this connected to my computer as well as to my iPad. Obviously he had lots of background in many different possibilities.
