Geek David did a great job. It is worth having someone come and set things up for you, then it is done right.

I had the Geek Squad out to my house 7 times in the last couple of months to work on various issues regarding my new Envy PC. They are having difficulty getting it right, especially the set up of my LAN. Each tech that comes out seem to each have a different level of expertise. There was one tech, Michael, who was far and away the best and I was fortunate enough to be able to specifically ask for him. However, the one thing I can say about all of them is that they had honor. They never gave me a hard time about coming back out and they were always were courteous and professional. Some though were just not very good or acted like they knew everything and didn't.

In store and at home they have provided excellent assistance with computer install and software problems.
