The Geek Squard in the store failed me

I think because I'm a Senior Citizen I was not treated well. I was told there was nothing wrong with my computer. On my second visit I was told my computer had to be sent out for repair. A tech named Jesus called me and said the only thing wrong was I needed a new power cord. $80+ to be told this. SHAME
