    GEENI Prisma LED Light strip failed

    My son gave me this as a gift. Used as a surround for the computer screen. Plugged it in, configured on my wifi with no problem, and used app to control the lighting - no problem. However, after two weeks the lights failed to illuminate and could never get them to come back on. Tried reversing the end plugs, tried a different outlet, tried resetting with button on controller all to no avail. Not very pleased with this product.
