Many classics are there and the controllers are very close to the originals. The menu is user friendly and the emulation is quite good.

Just receive my mini console yesterday. I have to say the quality built is very good. I'm into retro games and I have to say M2 did a very good job for Sega. Very good price for the unit.

Sega was allowing AtGames to build their Sega Genesis consoles for years, but for this consoled they went with M2 - a company well known for Genesis ports. It paid off. This console is the one we've all been waiting for - excellent build quality, excellent emulation. It's as good as the Nintendo Classic systems. Believe the hype. It's fantastic.

If you grew up during the Genesis era, and even if you didn’t, this is a great way to play some of the classics. In the same vein of the NES Mini and SNES Mini, there is a collection of games that you can play on this mini replica with full size controllers. This is fun and will definitely bring back the nostalgia. Highly recommend

This is probably the best mini console made by an original manufacturer so far. There are over 40 games (most of which were actually GOOD and worthy of gamers' collections), and two controllers out of the box is a definite plus as well. It's a great, self-contained little callback to gaming's simpler, perhaps more innocent days.

Great value for a great system and library of games. Some games in this collection can run you upwards of hundreds of dollars altogether! but for the price you can’t beat this deal! Grab one before it’s too late and play with old friends or relive old memories and make new ones with your kids! Don’t miss out!

It gets so much right. Excellent emulation, a fun and easy-to-navigate menu, and the controllers feel durable and responsive. The only thing is that the scan lines filter is just okay. A fantastic gift for anyone who wants to re-experience these games or want to discover some of these for the first time, like myself.

I bought this because it looked cool as a miniturized version of the original. I saw that it had my favorite game Shinobi 3, plus it had Castlevania Bloodlines, and Street Fighter 2. This are all true to the original Genesis version with controls that are the same as the original. However I did not expect to find a 16 bit version of Mega Man, Mega Man 2, and Mega Man 3. I never new these were on the Genesis and I like them way better than the Nintendo 8 bit versions. They have a similar feel and look, but a little harder to beat, and with added details to the background. Same music and still brings back memories of the Mega Man games I played back then. I also bought the Super Nintendo Mini and it's also true to it's original version of games, however I find myself playing the Sega Genesis more. Glad I bought this. Those games never get old.

I am blown away by the Genesis Mini. High quality build and unique game collection. The controllers feel much better than I expected, they feel comfortable in your hands. If you grew up with a Sega Genesis, I highly recommend this system. This is not your standard Atgames Genesis knockoff, this is the real deal.

Bought this mini retro console remembering how much fun the games were growing up. Kids have an opportunity to experience games the way I remember them growing up where when you die, you die. Today's games are very different being story driven without elements of penalty when you fail or die in the game. Great full sized controller just like the original. Anyone who had one or wants to experience the Genesis first hand, this is an opportunity they should not miss.

I feel that this is a required buy for everyone who grew up in the 90s with the Sega Genesis in their home. It has great selection of games with many hours of gameplay. Of all the mini consoles that I have purchased, in my opinion, this one tops them all. $79.99 for 42 games is an incredible deal.

Bought the system for my 7 year old for Christmas and he loves it. System comes with two controllers and is very easy to hook up. Also comes with all the Sega classic games for hours of fun. Would definitely recommend for anyone who loves the old Sega games and for beginner gamers.

Sega really shines through on this Genesis classic. If you are an old school classic gamer you 'll love these great games installed. If you want the most out of the fighting games such as Streetfighter or Virtual fighter I recommend also buying the 6 button controllers as well.

Boy this thing brings me back to my younger days! It was a huge hit during the holidays, especially with the little ones. They've only heard of Sonic the Hedgehog but now they can play anytime they want. This is a definite buy for anyone who grew up in the late 80s/early 90s.

Overall it is an OK system. Very compact, small system. It includes a good amount of games but the majority are alike to are poorly designed games. Even the Tetris is a badly designed game playability wise. It is not like the GameBoy version that I loved playing. Decent pricing and good controllers are the pros, along with having Sonic.

The SEGA genesis mini is a love letter to all those who grew up with this fantastic system. The little genesis looks perfect, the emulation works flawlessly (for the most part) and it comes with 42 games and 3 controllers. This is the best way to play Genesis games on modern TV's

For the price I paid for this, it’s been a great buy. Unfortunately it didn’t come with the 6 button controllers, which I had to purchase separately. The collection of games is great and diverse and the save feature makes games that used to be tough, more manageable. The size makes it perfect to travel with, especially with how cumbersome the consoles are these days.

If you played Sega Genesis as a kid you will love this. It has definitely brought back some memories. I'm playing shining Force again and loving it. I just wish that it would have come with the six button Sega controller. If you are feeling nostalgic, you can't go wrong.

Solid 40 games, but the best way to stretch the value of the Mini is to add games via several hacks on youtube. Really easy to do. But even if you don't add another 10 games, this will be an excellent nostalgia trip and keep you entertained for hours.

This is everything your childhood nostalgia hoped for with the convenience of never having to change out a game cassette again. Good selection of games and comes with two controllers which is nice since the Nintendo version only comes with one.
