I loved this model, the UV bulb was a great bonus for me as I get sick frequently. This feature kills a lot of airborne pathogens. The HEPA filters mean overall air quality is much better, and the indicator light gives me a better idea about what other irritants are popping up in the area. Very interesting. Unfortunately for me I purchased the Geek squad for 2 years - one month after it expired this product stopped powering on at all.

A little disappointed that I paid an extra 100 bucks for this model. It uses the same replacement filter and UVC bulb as my other 2 AC4825DLX Germ Guardian Models, but this one has an app to control this newer model. I was able to get the app to work with Bluetooth but never got it to connect to the wireless access point. It also has an air quality monitor, but it is pretty worthless if you use an essential oil diffuser because it freaks out any time you start the oil diffuser. The big circular light is mega annoying at night in the bedroom. I finally stuck a sticker over the front of it. Regarding filtering the air, I think it does the same as the cheaper model.

This was a awesome buy. My wife has really bad allergies. I found this one and really like how it work and it is accessible with cell phone app. This has helped my wife with her dust allergies and it has a automatic setting which turns it on when air quality is bad.

It is a great product to have. It lets us know when something smells bad in the room. The changing light colors tells us how bad or good the air is. It is a very soothing sound at night when we go to sleep. I would recommend this item to my friends and family.

I have had the unit for a few months now and have overall loved it. My wife is allergic to animals and we have 2 dogs. Her allergies have been like night and day, she is not having near the amount issues she was. The remote/blue tooth feature is great. The only con is on fan speed 3 or higher it is a little noisier than I had wanted.

My boyfriend has horrible allergies so I bought this air purifier. It has worked amazing wonders! He can finally breathe at night ! I would totally recommend this to any small/med sized room. Also keeps the dust down to a minimum!

Have had this in use most nights for a while now and appreciate how quiet it is while providing good, clean air. Looking forward to how it reduces the pollen in Spring as well.

If you live in an apartment with no access to your furnace this item is 100% worth it, the room feels lighter and you're sick less. nice replacement to any low circulation area that a furnace doesn't work in. buy one today you'll feel healthier :D

The germ Guardian does what it says it does keep your air clean remind you when to change the filter and the Wi-Fi feature with the app is awesome would definitely recommend.

Great little unit, not meant for the entire house but may get away for servicing a room or floor, depending on how open it is. WiFi feature neat, but not essential - I bought for theUV light and 4 stage scrub of air, as well as 5 settings of fan. Quiet until above stage 3, but if you want it on high you don’t mind the sound because it is doing its job. Auto feature great as it evaluates air quality and adjust string on auto.

It helps get rid of smells, clears the air of dust and particles and is fairly quiet. It even helps cool down a small room.

So far this device is doing its job fairly. I have not noticed anything beyond what it is suppose to do. I do enjoy the easy link function to my WiFi or my Bluetooth to my phone. You have to download the app on your Phone store and go from there. Barney style instruction on setting it up. The noise is very minimum.

It's a good air purifier for the money. It purifies in several different ways to get just about everything you need. My only problem is with the placement requirements. It has to be at lease a foot from the wall. I wish it were designed to take air in from the front and vent through the top.

I bought this product because I was concerned about the air-quality in my apartment, sure enough after plugging it in for the first time the air quality indicators skyrocketed to almost 400! I ran it for about eight hours and got the levels to a green state which is good! What I love about this product the most is that whenever something in the air is bad the machine senses it and works harder to clean air faster, it's amazing how quickly it can work!

Works great. Phone app works great too just one issue little annoying the app checks to find the air purifier sometimes even when away from home.

Durable & convenient. Watching the sensor helps see what activities throw out more allergens & the auto mode helps extend filter life. The smart /auto mode & timer make the Wifi/connected mode pretty useless, but I bought the smart model, anyways. I may reinstall the app, someday...

It is quiet on the lower settings and reduces allergens in my home. It was easy to connect to my phone so I can control it remotely - although I don't need that feature much.

I've enjoyed my two air purifier units as they rapidly cleared the air of foul odor after having had my hardwood floors refinished. I also enjoy the technology but have found it somewhat difficult to navigate.

Love my germ guardian. help keep the air clean and fresh. We have 2 cats and these help! Also good to keep mold & viruses out of the air. I have 4 of these in my home
