    After researching tower air purifiers, and talking with friends, I selected this model because it has 2 filters and a UV light, and the UV light doesn't have to be on all the time. It not only cleans the air, but provides good "white noise" at night.

    Very pleased with my new GermGuardian Air Purifier set to clean my apartment bedroom. I've set it on low speed and it runs very quietly without disturbing my sleep. Access to the filter is easy and allows you to extend its use by gently removing the collected dust. Was able to get the unit at its discount price this spring.
