I have a smaller model that I bought for my bedroom months ago that I love. So I bought this larger model for my family room. After using it for a month it started making a “rattling” noise on 3 out of 5 settings. I use a lower setting when I am in the room with the purifier and turn it up when I’m not as it is more effective. The noise is so loud you can hear it no matter where I am in my sizable house. Very disappointed. There is no excuse for this issue with a brand new system.

Love the product, but the first one was not operating.

I bought this product for my son who is asthmatic. The purifier looks good but the air smells like bleach when it comes out. I would not recommend this.

just bought this unit it has 5 settings on 1 i cant hear it, on 5 it sounds like a very low fan. it gives out cool air and seems to me that the air is lighter kind of easier to breath.its stylish design looks good and its really easy to move, i notice a kind of plastic smell but not so strong it bothers me i would say its the new smell.

It worked great while it worked but it didn't last 30 days before the fan started making a noise so loud it was unbearable I returned it and got another model hope I have better luck

I have noticed no difference in air quality just and over priced fan.

I bought this for my wife who teaches primarily to ward off kid germs (with the UV) and to get rid of some of the smells (and perhaps mold) in the air. Before we brought it to the classroom, we tried it out at home. We live in a small apartment and when I cook, it smells up the place! This purifier on high (although loud), works! Smells are gone in less than 20 minutes after cooking and I was really surprised! This little machine does the job better than expected! I HIGHLY recommend this purifier as a cheaper alternative than some of the more expensive ones.

Have had one in the house for a year now, and it really does make a difference in air quality. So I bought two more for the bedrooms. They can be programed to turn off automatically, and are so quiet, you have to check to see if they are on. Would recommend for anyone with pollen issues or allergy issues. Good long lasting filters that are a breeze to change.

with my winter time allergies to my fiances cat needed something to help me breath without having to labor at it. put one of these in the livingroom / dining room of the condo and it has made a huge difference. going to best buy today to get the smaller version for the bedroom. very happy with this product.

Simply amazing, after one day smells of clean air. Then waking the next morning, no sinus congestion that I usually have. Have to get another for better coverage throughout the house.

Just bought at my local Best Buy and after just one day can feel and the difference. Living in Florida with allergies in the spring requires filters for people like me. I will be replacing my bedroom unit with the smaller version of this machine. Solid construction - TRUE Hepa - sealed filters and overall great value.

A little noise at level 5 but make the room smell good

I've been doing tons of research trying to find an air purifier, after reading many reviews I settled on this one. The unit looks nice, and has good features. The unit cleaned very well, and I did notice a difference in air quality. Bad news? After less than a week the unit got VERY loud. It sounded like I had a box fan going in my family room. This was on low speed (1 out of 5). Filters were not dirty. So I would not recommend this product, while it did clean well it is very loud...much louder than expected.
