    It is great. It reminds me of the activities i need to do. Gives a satisfaction of achievement when i complete the rings. I usually sit a lot of time and this reminds me to stand and that helps me a lot to be active. It might seem like a small thing to start but as days went on I felt the change on how it changed me. So overall it is great feature and I would definitely continue to use it.
