Promising start but needs to get better

The videos, instructors and workouts seem pretty basic and are good for a beginner or for someone who does not want to step out due to COVID. For an athlete it might help on rest days or days when they don't wanna plan things at the gym. Has a great scope for improvement though and I'm sure better content is in store.
