This game is excellent, and looks gorgeous on the PS5. Great story, fun combat, amazing graphics.

Good hack and slash action. Can become hectic as you'll need to keep changing stances for a variety of opponents. Archers can be a pain especially towards end of game when they start firing flame and poison arrows. Try to kill them first. Game looks great on PS5 no glitches.

This game is average at best. The game is pretty good looking and has great music. Although it isn't the best looking PlayStation game it's art style really helps it. The story is a mixed bag unfortunately. The relationship between Jin Sakai (the main character) and his uncle (Lord Shimura) is the best part of the story. They differ on their views of how to deal the Mongols during the invasion of their homeland. Jin supports using dishonorable (Ghost combat) methods of warfare while Lord Shimura, being a Samurai, prefers only that which is considered honorable in the Samurai code. The rest of the side characters are pretty forgettable with some moments of their storylines being interesting. Unfortunately, the gameplay aspect of the game doesn't match the story they are pushing causing narrative dissonance. I played the game and enjoyed it more using the Samurai method of combat. I liked it that much more that I didn't really use the Ghost combat weapons. So, when the narrative tells you are being dishonorable it really takes you out of the story if you prefer to play it the honorable way. The other main thing I did not like about this game were the fox dens and hot springs. You can easily run across the map for around two hours and go to every spot and max out your health and stamina and charms. The last main thing I did not like about the game was that every side mission involves tracking. And these tracking side missions follow two plots usually. 1. You meet someone who needs help saving their family, you have to track their footprints from wherever they came from, and after getting to your destination you find out no one in their family survived. 2. You need to track someone because they are doing something in secret; and you find out they have a good reason or they don't, and you can maybe choose what happens to them. The DLC story was not that great either. They try to flesh out some stuff with Jin's father, but it fell flat for me. They also made the Mongols a lot stronger by allowing them to change what type of weapon they use. (Whatever weapon they use you need to change your Samurai stance to effectively deal with them.) The problem I had with this is that the enemies will magically change their weapons when you are about to strike them in one stance, and you realize you are not dealing enough damage or are taking too much. The animation needs to be longer for the weapon changes, so it's easily seen. I would recommend this game if it were half price.

Ghost of Tsushima is a visually stunning samurai epic with tight, satisfying combat and an atmospheric open world, slightly held back by repetitive side content and simple stealth, but its emotional story and gorgeous presentation make it a must-play for open-world action fans.

Must play game. I played this game when it originally released for the PS4 and it was a masterpiece. The highlight of the game is definitely the combat as well as the visuals which are enhanced by the PS5. Do yourself a favor and get this game.

This is one of the best PS 5 games. It is stunning to look at with a great story. Combat evolves as your character learns more stances and builds them out. It’s in the vein of Assassin’s Creed games with the Japanese history intertwined.

One of the many reasons why I got a PS5. Did not disappoint at all. Every angle of this game is completely picture perfect. The action in this game engaging, so many things to do, and truly a quiet, relaxing game to enjoy. Definitely worth the longtime wait.

Absolutely amazing! This game is not only fun to play, it is nice to just ride your horse around the map to see the world in the game. The graphics a visually stunning, the gameplay is outstading, and the story of justice of ones land is top tier!

This has to be in my top 3 best play station games ever the story is amazing with drama wars fighting not only the story but the combat so smooth like you fighting a brute you can feel the power swings or clashing with your sword the stealth the way the wind the your waypoint ever thing in this game is so cleaver and cool

Game is absolutely phenomenal. Sucker Punch studio really knocked it out of the park with this game, and the directors cut for ps5 makes it so much better. The Iki island expansion that expands on Jin's story is beuatifully crafted. I do recommend playing the ps5 version on a OLED, as the refresh rate makes the game more fluid. Only issue is sometimes the dialogue during cutscenes just quits, but the audio for background noise is still there (birds chirping, game music)

Great game at a great price. Storyline, along with gameplay and graphics are phenomenal. Do not pass up on this!!

First of all, my order came in amazing condition, delivered earlier than the expected time. Secondly, this is an amazingly beautiful game on the playstation 5 with incredible gameplay and an even more incredible story.

Pros: Huge game with multiple acts, great story and ability to customize many game elements Cons: random people the main character encounters in the game don't have much interaction with him, they look like props. In GTA for example you have people on the street reacting to you. Not the case here.

Great open world to travel and discover, gameplay is excellent, and the story is really enjoyable. 10/10
