The first computer screen didn't turn on so we brought back to store and traded for another, which had to be ordered and shipped 10 days later, My son was very disappointed with having to wait for his Christmas gift.

Very good product after 1 year using for gaming and school

Runs a little on the warm side, definitely needs a ram and a hard drive update. Its easy enough to do, once i did it runs alot of the games at good graphical settings. Wont replace a desktop but its not horribly far behind

So far I am very happy with this product. Ideal for someone who wants to game sometimes. The design is clever: with a traditional look and fun details. Overall a practical machine for people with a good work-life balance.

Great laptop, I've been playing every day since a got it and i don't have any complains, the fans sounds like a turbine when are at the max but the can totally keep the laptop cool, so i dont really mind.

Dissapointed. Great deal, and great laptop with the current specs... however the mini display port does NOT work. This is a common issue with the G5 KF models. You can confirm this through reddit. Contacted Gigabyte and they told me that I had to wait for the firmware update, but could not provide when it would be released. With that being said, laptop does not support 2 external monitors unless using other adapters that would use Intel graphics card.

Got this laptop for my son for Christmas. Until today 4/30/24, it worked great. He was very happy with it. In the middle of gaming the laptop turned off. He had to wait about 20 minutes for it to turn back on, because it would not turn on. Turned it back, got to his login screen and it died again. This time it took an hour for it to turn back on. And again it died within a minute. We had it plugged in and it would not turn on, we unplugged it, and nothing. The last time we got it to turn back on, it BSOD and said Windows had a critical error, there it turned off again. At this point it's going in to geek squad to see what can be done, I got the Bestbuy warranty (thank goodness) hopefully its fixable. At this point I cannot endorse Gigabyte laptops. Go with another brand and avoid a headache.

I absolutely love this laptop. It performs smoothly and the graphical quality far outperforms my ps5. I’ve purchased an Xbox controller to go with it and I have been blown away! Love this 100%

So far a good gaming laptop. Does heat up quickly so if playing for l9ng periods of time I recommend a cooling pad of some sort! So far capabilities have been perfect for VR.

Got this as a refurbished system, and honestly, its like brand new. Amazing system for a great price. Check your Best Buy open-boxes. You can get some great deals!

It's not a good piece of equipment, when running the fan, it works at its best, it makes a big noise that's very annoying and when it's just on battery it works better than when it's on power, I still don't know for sure if it's a defect, but I didn't like it. much of the equipment, I'm past the return date but if it doesn't improve I intend to take out the manufacturer's warranty.

This computer was for my son as a late present, it was everything he asked for. Just to see the look in his eyes when he opened it made it worth it.

One of the best specced budget gaming laptops to date. Pros: rtx4060 and 16gb of system RAM Cons: Speakers and fan noise.

Only thing about it is it gets decently loud/hot when playing graphically intense games but that doesnt effect the performance in any way

Good laptop for the price 800.00 Good for gaming and you can hear the blowers working hard to cool it. Noise is not that bad just put on your headphones. :)

Its pretty good, no complaints, runs all the latest games no issues and can stream them, very happy with how the keyboard changes color
