Worst purchase of my life.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this system for exactly one year, and the laptop up until that 12-month mark worked fine for what it was. I did not, however, expect the system to completely fail and only be able to access the bios and change a few functions and lose the ability to access my NVME drives (this is after changing out the NVMEs to new ones as well as replacing the RAM to rule them out). After contacting support which has notoriously long response times I was told that my system was now out of warranty and that they would not look at nor repair it unless I paid them an upfront fee to do so, when I asked for a supervisor to explain my situation I was met with radio silence (this has been this way for two weeks so far). I would recommend avoiding their products, they do not seem to be put together very well and their support is very lacking. 1/10 will never buy again.
