Junk

Sent the PC back to gigabyte because it quit charging after two months. Worst customer service you could imagine, they offered to fix the issue for over $600. After investigating the gigabyte computers I discovered that it was a known issue. I will never buy or recommend a gigabyte computer ever again.

Absolutely terrible!!!

When the Geeks looked at it, they said it was an issue with the battery. I’ve tried and tried to contact the company to get them to honor their warranty, but I just get stuck on a never-ending loop. If I had know that this company was so sketchy, I never would have bought this computer!

Battery lasted a year

It drains extremely fast within 15 minutes will stop at Best Buy for warranty info
