Could not hook up displays

I soent 2 days updating everything to include a update on their site for displays not showing. Day one I could directly connect one HDMI. Neither USB C would recognize the displays. Independent of the dock ss well. Returned for a different brand, displays worked 1st time. Also, customer service is only tickets or a phone number Taiwan.
