I love this laptop! It works perfectly for my school assignments as well as runs all my games flawlessly. I’ve had little to no issues with it throughout its life. Highly recommend.

Upgraded to both SSD Nvme slots using Samsung drives. Upgraded 64gb of ram with crucial sticks (32gb each slot) no real issues. When upgrading the ram, let the computer startup (it takes a bit) it will update and you should be good to go. If you see your backlit keyboard light up and your screen black, let it go and it will eventually startup. Easy computer to upgrade.

Loved it, I feel it is a little noisy but it runs every game with no issues.

So far this computer has been great. I needed it so that I can do 3d modeling on a personal computer instead of my work computer. When I'm modeling I don't notice any kind of lagging and has performed as expected. The only thing I'm not entirely satisfied with is that it doesn't hold a charge for a long periods of time but it's not a deal breaker for me.

Like many other millennials, I have a good working knowledge of computers — I know what the parts are, why they matter, and why they cost as much as they do — but not enough to really understand what makes two or three seemingly identical computer specs different across machines. I think the reality is that for the vast majority of computer users, and even most gamers, there really isn’t much difference. So I took an educated choice and went for this one, and am very pleased with my purchase. It’s a very fast, very high functioning laptop capable of running some pretty powerful games without seeing any major performance issues. It’s not too heavy for a 15-inch machine, though it’s definitely not a portable commuters’ friend. My only complaint is the noise: it sounds like a jet engine if you’re sitting in a small quiet room by yourself and running a high performance game without headphones. But that’s understandable considering the power that this machine is packing. Bottom line: I would strongly recommend this computer for above average gamers, but would also recommend headphones if you are easily bothered by the sound of fans.

Very high end laptop, does provide Great experience in games such as, Sons of the forest, cs2, gta, fortnite, did have a problem where the laptop would randomly shut off if the bottom of my wrist tapped too hard on the space to the right of the touch pad. But other than that handles all the workload I throw at it.

i genuinely love it i'm glad my boyfriend convinced me to get this over a macbook it actually runs everything that i use smoothly and i get to play a lot more games with him now!

This little thing is amazing. Does everything you need it to and more. There is only 2 cons. It is loud. Like a little airplane. And it does not hold a charge. Needs to be plugged in. But if you are gaming or working on multi programs or editing. You will have it plugged in anyway.

At the time of purchase this laptop ran me $799. With most comparable desktops running around the same price for comparable performance it was time to go upgrade. It's a pretty basic feature laptop with really loud fans under load but it hasn't blink at what's been thrown at it yet.

Laptop works great. I can play all the games I want without lag. Sound quality isn't bad either. I still use headphones. I like the backligjt feature and the system's way of showing heat, coolongs, overclock information. Definitely worth the buy.

Exceeded my expectations in pretty much everything. The laptop has very good specs that are great for gaming and advanced software. The only issue I have is the battery life. I find myself having to plug the laptop in far more often than my old one.
