Overall, this is a fantastic gaming laptop. From the moment you open and turn on the computer to the moment you’re gaming it gives you a great experience. The weight of the computer is excellent. Compared to our prior gaming laptop With a similar screen size And overall dimensions,. It feels like it’s 2/3 of the weight which is considerable. It is also a thinner profile, which is nice and sleek. The keyboard itself is very impressive with its back lit color features That you could change to many different colors not sure but it feels like about 50 or 60 different colors. You can also choose a changing color option and it constantly changes, but I found this a little distracting. The colors are really nice And not distracting From the use of the computer. Set up does take a little bit of time probably about 30 minutes as it’s auto updating to the latest firmware and features, but it is pretty automatic with periodic prompts to the next set up phase. The gaming is excellent on this. We’ve downloaded and played several high-performance games that require intensive graphics and found it to handle very well. The screen graphics are excellent and an upgrade over our older gaming laptop, Although it’s not 4K OLED it is a really nice display. The gaming performance is excellent and found that it can keep up with many intense games. There has been periodic lag and drop, but it’s few and far between. Additionally, the laptop. fans run, much quieter and overall the machines cooler than the prior gaming laptop we used. I’m quite impressed with how quiet it is and overall the performance. Definitely recommend.

The Gigabyte AERO x16 laptop is very powerful. The screen is a 16" (2560×1600), so everything looks very clean and sharp. I really like that the display is tall because it offers you more space when you’re working. Performance wise, it performs well the AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 and 32GB of DDR5 RAM handle pretty much anything without the computer slowing down. I’ve had tons of tabs open and games running, and it still runs smooth. The 1TB SSD means that there’s plenty of storage so you don't have to keep uninstalling games in order to run other games. The RTX 5070 GPU is great for gaming and is up to standard for even the newest games. Games look clean and run at upper level settings without a problem. I realized, deep into a gaming session, that I forgot to plug in my ethernet cable. Even running on WiFi, this tablet runs games like a champ. Its build quality is solid. It looks clean in gray, and it doesn’t feel cheap. What could be improved is the fan volume. While better than many computers I have used, the fans can make some noticible noise during more intensive games. Overall, I'm very happy with this laptop and consider it a great gaming PC.

I wanted to upgrade my portable gaming capabilities, and this laptop met my standards. It has enough usb a and c ports to float a battleship, hdmi, and an eternity port. My old laptop had wifi 7 and no ethernet, this only has wifi 6e, but I notice no difference because only one of my friends has a 7 system, my house is 6. I really wanted to upgrade my screen from a 14 to a 16 inch screen. I used to have a 16, thought I'd give the smaller 14 a chance because I like traveling with it a lot better, but losing the screen size was too much for my old eyes. Having ethernet is nice also, my last 2 laptops have not had this. This has 1tb storage, enough to get my basics, and 32gb ram, which is what I like at a minimum on my systems. The resolution and brightness on the screens is fantastic, I do miss the oled on my 14 inch, but like I said the 16 inch is nice and overall the contrast is still very good. It fires up fast and set up was a breeze. I installed all my office programs, and several of my steam games (Beam NG, the long drive), also my forza 5 and 4, and fortnite, and roblox. All went on quickly and plenty of space. This runs quite and heat wise is better than my older 15 Inch laptop, and as good as the 14 inch. The performance, is fantastic. Cars crash in Beam, they race in Forza. In Fortnite it's smooth. The 5070 nvidia card does not blink at this stuff. Amd processor, fantastic. Its my second of these newer ones, still great brand. Nice to know there is still a great option other than Intel. I was not overly familiar with this brand, heard of it, seen it, now I'm a believer. In the upcoming months I may try some of the copilot stuff with it, I don't use it often. Overall, great laptop. I was not overly familiar with this brand, heard of it, seen it, now I'm a believer. No faults so far, 5 stars, yes I reccomend this.

Great laptop with the power of an RTX 5070 and a large, high-quality display perfect for my work and gaming on the go. Sturdy yet lightweight design, comfortable backlit keyboard, and smooth performance in demanding tasks. Face Unlock with Windows Hello is a great convenience, and battery life is solid for its power. Although some ports are placed close together, which can be a bit inconvenient when connecting multiple devices, and the battery life drops faster during gaming, so best used plugged in for long sessions. Overall, it is a great computer, highly recommended.

Overall, this laptop is a good compromise between the most powerful and lowest priced ones, especially considering it has a nVidia RTX 5070 in it. With regard to performance, all of the games I've played on it are all set to maximum resolution ("ultra high") and they play without stutter or lag. I play a variety of games, from Minecraft with high res mods, RTS games like Starcraft 2, FPS games like Dead by Daylight. Everything renders much earlier than I was used to with my old system which has actually given me an advantage when playing. The fan does kick on occasionally, but doesn't stay on like I've had with previous laptops. This is great both from a noise factor as well as a battery life perspective. I also haven't noticed it throttling or performance degrading when the fan runs. I have to admit I found it funny that the laptop's box also doubles as a stand to help air circulation underneath. A pretty simple and effective way to handle heat management. It also makes me think that it might be worth investing in a powered cooling stand instead. Battery life is decent - when I don't play games it easily lasted an entire day on battery of surfing websites and doing "Office" work. I didn't have the courage to try playing a game while on battery because I was enjoying how well everything performed while plugged in. I'm sure I could get away with less graphically intensive games and the battery would still last an entire 8-12 hour day. I'm not a big fan of touchpads in general, so I use an external bluetooth mouse and disable it. The keyboard is fine and the responsiveness seemed appropriate for gaming use. There are two reasons I didn't give it 5 stars instead of 4 stars: it comes with some update software that handles all aspects (BIOS and drivers - including the nVidia driver, which is great so I don't have to sign in with an account and run their GeForce software). However, it has some confusing language choices (I'm an English user/reader/speaker) that seem like they were mistranslated from another language. I found the menus a bit difficult to navigate or what it was going to do because of this. The other reason is that it has 3 USB A ports and only 1 USB C port. Almost all accessories are USB C at this point, so that was a strange choice for a new laptop in 2025.

This has a very solid case build. Screen is Matte finish so very little to no glare. The feel of the keys are nice. Has alot of functionality with hot keys. I especially like stelth mode (no fan noise) Packed with 32 gb Ram and Ryzen AI 7 make a good paring. This is not a touch screen. Also not a x360. Also not a 10 key pad. Does have the typical Gaming color motion keyboard with AI button and GiMATE button for quick access for teaking your settings which offers 5 Power modes with gaming being the most logical choice. Now, I did run into a snag when first setting up. I allowed windows to install creator software during the intial set up which I believe caused the Nvidia driver to disappear. I have been working with the MFG to correct this. So I would not recommend installing any additional MS windows levels during set until fully set up and verifiying the Nvidia card is actually being seen and used byt the system. OItherwise, this is a solid machine also offering Great sound, a MUX switch, 0db fan sound, 165Hz 3ms refresh and many other great features. Games played very well with the more than adequate specs.
