It’s small it’s light as thin but man I have to admit the sound of the fans was extremely loud and it was also very slow so I don’t know what’s going on with this product but I like to consider myself an expert if you want to try it beware

Good for linux, for windows it quite loud almost every time, and in gaming it's hard to notice if the noise it's coming from the laptop or an airplane (I live 3 blocks from the airport). Pro is the battery is good

I should have returned this however I am physically challenged and don't leave the house very much. I mainly use this for surfing the web and find it slower than my HP Omen. The customer service is non existant - if you want Gigabyte you have to email them and they might answer after a week. There is no useful manual. The only saving grace is that the speakers are the best I ever had and the graphics are good

laptop performed well and never had any troubles playing any games i threw at it

I purchased this device for AI processing of photographs. It seemed to perform the AI work effectively, but the display of photos was not very good. There seemed to be a delay where the screen would need to get into focus and then it would still not be as sharp as it should be. I attached a separate monitor in case it was just the laptop display creating the issue and issue was still present even on the external display. I took the device into the Geek Squad and compared the display of a photo on my old cheap laptop with this laptop. They could see the difference & said there was no adjustment to the new laptop that could be made to make it as clean and clear as the old laptop. I spent a lot of time trying to make this laptop work as I really dislike returning items. But I had no choice and returned this one.
