Died less than a year of ownership

Wanted to love it. Disappointed...

Some sort of update may be the cause. Updating the Bios doesnt completely fix this it now throttles either the gpu or the cpu. Disappointed. Loved everything else about it. Don't want to keep something that is going to be an ongoing problem.

Very bad customer service

The company has the worst customer service Ive encountered. The representative told me that everything was ok with my computer over the phone without even having the opportunity the check it out! even as I told him that it was suddenly turning off with certain programs!

Don’t buy if you use for video editing/gaming

Also a 9th gen 2019 MacBook Pro with a 4gb amd graphics card benchmarks better and renders basic video in half the time.
