I accidentally damaged the display screen. I have the Total Tech Membership and didn't expect a free replacement screen; I expected to pay for the repair like I do my phone or computer. This Gigabyte monitor is not covered AT ALL, I was told. So, I'm 3 months into a pretty pricy monitor that I have to recycle.

monitor is not too bad. the speakers are horrible and the brightness doesn't go very low.

it says that this monitor got 165hz refresh rate but it only have 144hz as its highest refresh rate.

Looks great, great specs, but has some software issues from the manufacturer that have persisted for atleast a year with a large number of people reporting it. Sadly GIGABYTE has yet to address the issue. Randomly, the screen will go completely black for a few seconds, display the resolution, then finally come back. Ive followed every instruction and fix I can find for it for weeks, even reaching out to GIGABYTE and fighting with their tech support to resolve the issue, only for them to reply: "Make use of your distributors return policy". They told me to use it on another PC to see if its my system thats the issue, which I think is a ridiculous requirement as not everyone has more than one PC in their home. All in all, the monitor is great and if it didnt have this crippling issue Id never consider returning it. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION PLAN if you buy this, as I am weeks outside of my return policy, since I exhausted every other option trying to keep it.

Really solid monitor. My graphics card is a 3070 from GIGABYTE and it definitely meshes really well! Also like the eye relief with minimal blue light so it definitely makes things a lot easier to see and be more clear. :) Would consider getting another one since I dual monitor as I wouldn't mind having this monitor as a second one.

looks good and works well. only complaint is the settings are slightly annoying to navigate

Has extremely bad black smearing and slow refresh rate. Even after trying every setting, nothing fixes this issue. And after searching Google, I have found out that this is a known issue with this model in particular.

this monitor makes a clicking noise about every 15 seconds. Will be returning

This monitor is 144hz not 165hz. I specifically got this to have 1440p hd in 165 frames per second but it is only a 144hz monitor. Kinda bummed.

Dont listen to the guy saying it doesnt run 120fps on PS5. It runs 1080p 120fps with HDR on. Running that on Cod: CW and MW/warzone as I type this. It also recieves 4k signal but upscales either 1080p up to "4k" or 1440p to "4k". It'll say 2160p 60hz.

Absolutely love this monitor. Yeah sure its a bit smaller than stated but the quality is excellent, i have had zero issues with it! Im actually buying a second one and I decided to leave a review! Its great for shooters or movies. There is 1 flaw i have found tho, if you have multiple systems plugged into the same monitor and accidentally turn one of them on the input will automatically change to the newest one. Other than that its a high quality monitor!
