Amazing for price

Disappointing Experience

The screen randomly blacks out and shows the Windows update symbol — this has already happened three times. It seriously disrupts usage and suggests a major stability issue right out of the box. On top of that, the sound quality is terrible. It feels like I’m listening through a phone call or cheap headphones — definitely not what I expected from a modern laptop. My 5 yrs ago laptop Asus Tuf is better than it. Given these repeated problems in such a short time, I’ve decided to return it. I can’t recommend this laptop based on my experience.
