No rgb. Great temps, it never hits above 60c even at full load. Fans aren't audible. They don't turn on while idle either.

Worked well and seemed to be in like new condition. Ended up returning because i wanted a 4080 but this is a good card for the price.

Having said that out of all the 4070's this one was the best option for 12gb. I gave 4 stars out of pettiness of the price. Other than that the card works and performs fine.
