When I reached out to their customer support for assistance, I was met with indifference and was essentially told to handle the matter with the authorities. It's alarming that Best Buy not only misrepresented the product they sold but also failed to take responsibility for their mistake. As a consumer, I expect transparency and accountability from retailers, especially when it comes to high-value purchases. After a month-long ordeal, I was able to recover my money through my payment service, but the inconvenience and frustration caused by this experience were unnecessary. Buyers beware: if you're considering purchasing from Best Buy, exercise caution, especially with open box items, and be prepared for poor customer service if something goes wrong.
