Decided on 5080 for new PC.

I will be upgrading from a GEFORCE 1070, so i should see some speed improvement. I am not a gamer; I work with DAZ 3D, UHD graphics, other 3D software and I stream a lot of content. Price was a little high (a few hundred over MSRP), but it might be a while before we see the GPU's being offered at that price level.

Expensive but powerful GPU

I can play almost any game in 2k and 4k with solid frames. I have full ROPs, not missing any. If you can afford this card you won't regret. Solid solid purchase.

Awesome gpu, although expensive.

My only complaint is the high price, otherwise it's a great card for gaming.

It worked amazing until 6 months later when I traveled abroad. Once I came back, I started playing and it starts shutting down for no reason. So currently. It's with geek squad because I don't have time my self to work on it but it looks like faulty GPU so I'm astonished. I was told that it's factory warranty so finger crossed
