Excellent movies with excellent picture and sound quality.

Spectacular deal, two 4k movies in one ! sweet deal

Firstly I will say this: Gladiator 4K stand-alone is $19.99, Braveheart 4K stand-alone is $17.99. This is only $27.99 (when I bought it), save money and just get this. This was released after those two so it has the same transfer as each of those. This is first time I have seen either one of these films and I was not disappointed at all. These films look fantastic in 4K, especially Gladiator. Desert films shot in bright, natural sunlight somehow transfer perfectly in HDR. Gladiator has Dolby Vision but no Atmos, just a DTS 5.1 audio transfer (sorry Sonos owners). Braveheart also has Dolby Vision but does have Atmos so I am very happy. Gladiator Extended is nonstop fun, I couldn’t get enough and didn’t want to get up! Braveheart dragged in certain spots and felt more like a mini-series, or what should have been a mini-series, kind of awkwardly edited into slightly longer than standard movie length. Both are not only worth the watch, but worthy of any cinema collection, especially a 4K collection, get it while you can!

If you like these movies and want them in a physical media format, this is a great deal. If you've got a system to support what these discs provide, you should be pleasantly pleased. I run a 4k monitor, high-end physical media player, and a 9.2 audio system. I didn't make any calibration adjustments, just dropped in the disc and let 'em play. As both of these movies are fairly graphic, one should prepare themselves, the 4k native content delivers a VERY clear picture. That coupled with the theater quality audio and you're in for a great movie experience. I have both of these movies on standard blu-ray, even upscaled they don't look or sound as good as the two in this collection. I'm happy I made this purchase, there's a pretty good chance you will be too.

Two great movies together for a good price in high def quality

Great addition for the 4k collection that I just started when I got my new t.v.

Audio (Atmos and DTS:X) are upgrades, but in my opinion, it doesn’t have to be only (or even the main) reason to “double-dip” here... I also appreciate the visuals of 4K (UHD Blu-ray) over the 2K (Blu-ray) overall. HDR coloring (moreso than the aspect of sharpness) can make a difference for both of these movies. I found that the opening scenes of ‘Gladiator’ have way better contrast and detail. (Fire is well highlighted, and any beams sunlight leading through the tall trees have clarity above SDR. Even the tent scenes after the battle with the barbarians appear more natural.) In ‘Braveheart’, the earlier scene where young William seeing Scottish countrymen hanging inside the hut was about night and day difference (almost literally). (The Blu-ray is brighter and looks as if the time of day is late afternoon.) I had been holding off on this purchase, but now, I am satisfied after pulling the trigger. Note; Discs (plural) also came with digital codes.

I grew up watching both the Gladiator and Braveheart so when I saw this bundle I knew I had to have it. It’s definitely a bargain because purchasing both separately will cost slightly more. Braveheart has an Atmos track which is very well balanced. Gladiator has DTS:X which is nice but some sequences sound a little out of balance. Picture quality is great for both. Both titles proved to be great additions to my 4K UHD Blu-Ray collection.

Both movies are great alone and you put them in a collection together! What could be better! 4K and a digital code as well. Even on my older devices I can use the digital code and watch any time with VUDU. Great value and entertainment. Not much more expensive than one of the titles alone. Recommended.

Great presentation. In Gladiator, scenes are softer, but overall a great movie for my 4K TV and sound system. I enjoyed the movie's story and the actors' performances. Similar sentiments for Braveheart. If you find this on sale and are interested in these movies, it's a worthwhile upgrade.

Everyone has seen these academy award winning films. The fact that they’re being offered in a 2 pack for a great price is enough to get anyone who enjoys these films to buy this set, but on top of that they also look great in 4K HDR and sound incredible.

When I saw these two movies came in a combo pack in 4K picking it up was a no-brainer. they are as good as I remember them, and the Dolby Atmos tracks enhance the experience even further. If you are a fan of these movies I recommend you pick them up.

For the price you can't beat it. The soundtrack was awesome on a good home theater system. Of course I'm not reviewing the movies cuz everybody's probably seen both of them but they're great. My only disappointment is the picture quality. This is a 4K Ultra disc and I have good equipment to replicate fissure definition however it was grainy and just not what I would have expected from something labeled 4K Ultra.

Of course it is one of my favorite movies and in 4K it is amazing. It's so much better than the Blu-ray version. And Braveheart was just as beautifully made.

Two great movies in one! I did wish there was more special features and the blu rays included but that would’ve drove the price up. Not bad for two great movies in high quality picture.

This is the best multi disc 4K disc you can get... i wanted to have both of these epic movies and now i got two for the price of one.

Excellent value on these two classic movies for the price of one, in 4K. They never looked better, especially Braveheart with some notable colorization upgrades.

Two excellent movies for the price of 1. Both are older films so grain is present. Details are still good and the sound quality is decent on both.

Good value on two classic movies. Not only do you get the UHD Blu Rays but you also get a digital cooy too.

2 great movies on 4k in one package. What’s not to love? Both look amazing, 4k really let’s them shine. Audio is very good on both.
