It was delivered retaped, so I hoping nothing was missing but yes it was missing parts and one of the parts was bent so bad, that it couldn't connect properly so I had to return it. It was looking real nice so I hope the new order works out better.

Only 1 rack arrived, my 2nd one was canceled without my request and I was never told why. I will buy more but not through Best Buy.

Overall though, great for organizing basement storage. Flat solid shelves allows for easy sliding of boxes (contrasted with some grill shelf models).

I spent more time unbending the pieces of metal then it took t build the unit. The cheap mdf boards came already breaking apart. Definitely cheap materials for such an expensive price. Won't purchase anymore.

Not packed well to ship

Parts of the box was missing and the parts that were there were barely hanging together by tape. The parts to the shelf inside the box were either bent, broken, scuffed, or missing. I see now why the delivery person was long gone by the time I went down stairs. Anyway, I found a much lighter product that had wire shelves that I could pickup at the store, so I didn't have to worry about damage during delivery...
